If you are like me you get asked a lot by family about computer problems and despite what you suggest they still keep loading crap on there system and run as administrator. Well Microsoft has recently opened a site with some tools that can help, check out Windows Live Safety Center there you will find some tools that will let even family do some good maintenance on there systems.
