I have been lucky most people at Microsoft have only gotten exposed to the basic outline of what our new advertising agency is doing with our TV spots but as I am “media trained” what ever that means. I got to sit in on a call that outlined what they were up to. So far the best explication can point to is this article Advertising - Echoing the Campaign of a Rival, Microsoft Aims to Redefine ‘I’m a PC’ - NYTimes.com. Once the new adds that are described in the above article come out I will once again be clueless as to what is next (I guess someone figured I had no media impact) but I was happy to know how wrong valleywag had it with Microsoft Announcement Tomorrow No More Seinfeld Ads.
