Trying w.bloggar again
OK I need a editor to work with my blog I just can't use the crappy web editor that blogger has (witch has gotten worse since Google purchased it) so I am trying w.blogger one more time. I like the interface but I just could not get titles in to the posts... I did some reading and if this post has a title I will be a happy camper.

I found this great article on creating Satellite Assemblies, I was not trying to do that but it did help me get resources in to my main assembly. The only thing I found was that the resource files needed to be named with the expected name space in them so I had to rename all the resx files in my build directory so they had the name space on the front of them.

You have to love that at least someone out there gets that the only reason MS gets blasted so bad about it security flaws is that it is the big kid on the block.

I found this interesting article yesterday and think it is the start of people seeing the truth of cost of ownership. Study: Windows cheaper than Linux | CNET News.com

As always this being a Microsoft funded study people will find problems with it but I am sure more like it will come.

I needed a FTP class awhile back for a project and found a great class that was a conversion of a java ftp class at www.csharphelp.com. I hated how java like it was so in an airport while I was for a flight I made it more .NET like. I have told several people about it and they have used it with great success now. So I wanted to post it here so others could get to it.

I hope if you use it you enjoy it and give credit to the originators of it
